Bolder Architecture was presented to us with fine recommendations for design in zero-net energy home
applications; we could not have been more pleased with the results in working with Dave Toder
for our zero-net energy home design. Mr. Toder's patience and understanding with our specific criteria,
coupled with his excellent insight and recommendations for improvement, made the design and building
experience an absolute pleasure. Dave listened intently and provided multiple solutions for our project
to give us room to explore our ideas. We chose Dave for his expertise, fairness, and flexibility.
We felt very comfortable during the whole design process
and we'll be using Bolder Architecture for the design of our next accessory building and apartment.
